Hello, I am Alexandra and I am an up and coming chef. I graduated from college in 2020 with my A.S. in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Management, and Baking & Pastry Arts. I had the opportunity to work as a culinary intern in Seattle, WA where I was able to enhance my skills. Due to the pandemic, I moved to Ensenada B.C.; in doing so, I have had the privilege to learn more about the culture and Mexican cuisine.
