I am an experienced with over 20 years in the food service industry and an emphasis on local, ocean-farm to table food
With over 20 years in the food service industry, after I graduate from school I started my own deli coffee shop. I'd been developing menus and concepts for different local family-owned restaurants in La Paz, BCS, MX.
I moved to Todos Santos- Cerritos area, looking for new culinary and hospitality experiences, working as executive chef at luxury boutique hotel Hacienda Cerritos, where I was honored to lead the kitchen for amazing, beautiful weddings and events, and build an amazing work team to work with.
With the pandemic crisis, weddings and events canceled, I had to be creative, Cerritos became a vacation paradise for many families, enjoying our secluded desert-tropical paradise, and I'd been honored to cook for those families in private houses and villas. I think what I love most about this profession, is being part of all those special moments, and how food gathers people together.
Today, you can find me at Hotel Quinta Santa Rosa Todos Santos, where I am the Chef and manager.
