Passionate about my job, with 12 years of experience in deferent hotels and restaurants, I believe I have the skills and knowledge required for this position. I master very well the techniques of preparing complex dishes, I like to innovate by concocting recipes of my personal creation. I also have experience of 2 years in a French gastronomy restaurant with a chef yannik aleno. So I had the opportunity to make all types of dishes during my various professional experiences in the field of cooking.
