We had an exceptional experience with Sebastien acting as our chef for the evening. The preparation was very professional and he listened to our needs and delivered on those. The food - taste and presentation was excellent and our guests all had a fantastic evening. Highly recommended!

Sebastian was such an great chef and am Sad our trip ends and not have just one more amazing meal. He was adventurous and willing to try things that he had not done before and then make them just as they had to be with amazing flavor and pride. I would definitely recommend him for any occasion anytime and look forward to our next meals.

Le chef est très professionnel, il s’est tres bien adapté a son environement. Le menu etait complet, varié, elaboré, avec le detail que seul un chef peu apporter! Le rythme du service etait parfait, et les explications des plats tres claires. Je recommande vivement!

Nous avons eu la chance d’être servis par le chef Sébastien Schneider lors d’un we avec plusieurs amis (16). Il a géré ça de mains de maître et nous a concocté un menu exceptionnel! Les produits étaient de grande qualité, le service était impeccable, il était très sympathique et nous a remis la cuisine dans un parfait état de propreté. Nous le recommandons tout les 16 vivement !!

We are on a vacation to Germany from the USA. I have to eat a gluten free diet, but wanted to experience an authentic German meal that was prepared in a way that is suitable for me. Chef Sebastien did a phenomenal job! He has been easy to communicate with and attentive from the start. He prepared a meal that was beyond our expectations! Every dish was delicious and exactly what we asked for. His meal was a highlight of our trip. I cannot recommend his services enough. Wonderful!
