I am a hard working Chef, with 15 Years old Experience in Hospitality as a chef, I have worked for many years in Fine Dinning.
I have been a Chef for 15 years and have worked with renowned chefs like Gordan Ramsay, Jason Atherton and Conrad Gallagher. I have opened hotels and restaurants as a Chef, I have worked in many countries across Africa for 10+ years in the best and worst conditions. I have worked with some of the best chefs from Africa, in some of the best properties that Africa has to offer ̶and I have always achieved the objectives given to me.
