I am a professional chef I have worked in several starred restaurants between London Italy and Luxembourg.
I am an Italian chef with experience in the sector. I was lucky enough to work in starred restaurants in Italy and then in London with chefs like Pierre Gagnaire and Donato de Leonardis and know with Renè Mathieu . I love to influence my Mediterranean cuisine with oriental and Latin flavors and smells. I try to re-propose a kitchen made of memories in a modern way using the latest technologies and new techniques
