I have accumulated more than 40 years of my professional culinary journey in different areas. 5 star worldwide deluxe brand hotels. Industrial catering meat plants manufacturing processing procedure meat and seafood items. I have wealthy knowledge all these subjects.I believe to continue my professional philosophy growth by effectively utilizing my organizational administrative, teaching & coaching background to the role as an Executive chef with confidence, value and strength. Dedication, hard work and a positive attitude have created opportunities for me to work in a variety of worldwide deluxe brand establishments. I am always searching for new concepts to promote my products. I know how to create a successful high quality food standard and transforming that in the upscale hospitality market. I am methodical of problem solving and complaint resolution and practical thinking, I have got good administrative and leadership skills and well organized aim to achieve all targets budgeting and financial planning also specialized in food costing management. Reviewing food cost analysis on a daily basis with in the budget and forecast effectively without affecting the quality & standard of guest satisfaction, also ensuring maximization profit and zero wastage minimize food costs, through product specification, portion control and butchery yield test ensuring the financial success of the organization.
A good understanding nature of how to comply with all relevant sanitation and food safety (SOP) standards and staff personal grooming standards in compliance with company policy is more than able to abide by all legal requirements, food hygiene regulations and food safety laws. Conducting on job staff training activities to every kitchen team member giving the required wide range of culinary training, to improve whether its knowledge based or technical skills and receive measurable outstanding results by developing, motivating and maintaining a competent work force.
I engage in the operation very diplomatically and cheerfully approaching to explore new horizons as well as to obtain greater results with ‘we can do' attitude and confidence to take up new challenges and experience to work under pressure.
