I am a professionally trained chef having worked at Cinnamon Grand Colombo as a Culinary Management Trainee and thereafter as Senior Chef de Partie for a total of 3 years. I am an advanced Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management awarded by William Angliss Australia. I have also represented Sri Lanka at Young Chef Olympiad in the year 2017 and was placed 9th out of 50 participating nations.
