I am a professionally trained chef having worked at Cinnamon Grand Colombo as a Culinary Management Trainee and thereafter as Senior Chef de Partie for a total of 3 years. I am an advanced Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management awarded by William Angliss Australia. I have also represented Sri Lanka at Young Chef Olympiad in the year 2017 and was placed 9th out of 50 participating nations.

I had a fantastic experience with Chef Aldrin who was very professional, efficient, and attentive to all requirements made known to him throughout the entire process of organizing the dinner I recently hosted. I recommend him and this platform very highly.

We had a great time with Chef Aldrin. He presented his food with his wife and it was great!! Most of all the food tasted great!! And we had a great evening.
