Chef Mirella Khalifeh

My name is Mirella Khalifeh with a bachelors degree in Business Management from the Lebanese American University of Beirut. However, I decided to shift my career path from 8 years of Corporate experience to the Culinary world! I decided to follow my passion and merge these two beautiful worlds together! I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and I am officially a Chef de Cuisine. I have certificates in Food Safety & Hygiene Level 1 ,2 & 3. In addition, I have created my own brand where some of my products are distributed in some of the big markets in Beirut. I cater to events and do cakes for birthdays, engagements and etc. Apart of that, I am a Chef Instructor at Kitchen Lab in Beirut. I give classes on a daily/weekly basis (International but mainly: Italian, French & Asian). I recently also started shooting Chef episodes for MBC & MBC 4.
