I am a pastry chef i have 13 years of experience i work for many différents luxury companies
Chady Karam passionate for pastry from his early ages took courses at “Le Notre Paris end ensp end many training centers in paris”’
At the age of 18, Chady started his career at Le Vendome Intercontinental Hotel where he was mentored by chef Charles Azar .
In 2008 he worked as a pastry chef in charge of the “entremets” section in one of the top 100 pastry shop in the world “Canelle Beirut member of relais et dessert international. In March 2010, he moved to four seasons hotel Beirut. 2 years later, he joined chef Yannick Alleno 3 star Michelin chef as a sous chef in the pre-opening of his restaurant and the “salon du Thé”.
Today he works as a pastry chef responsible for the opening end the development of the brand “lily’s” downtown Beirut .
