Personal Chef In BeirutI learned to cook in my mom’s kitchen. From the age of 12. I helped prepare meals by choosing vegetables. As I got older, I helped prep things by husking fresh corn, , and other tasks that didn’t involve knives. My mother wasn’t the only one who taught me. My dad also enjoyed cooking, which was fun. He would also make special event dinners. . My grandfather made foods from his home in Lebanon. Hummus and pita bread and spinach pies and stuffed grape leaves. Cooking was just something you did every day, part of being a family. As I grew up I started learning cooking at an institute, my first job was in Sheraton coral Beach hotel I stared as a kitchen grew then I moved out to Congo I worked there in an international restaurant then got back to Lebanon in 2010 and I worked in an Italian restaurant called Napolitano and I also worked in a restaurant called Cafe de France. Now iam working in bristilol hotel Taking care of daily food preparation..
