Kylie was absolutely amazing!! Great communication about the menu and very accommodating to dietary requirements! The food and service was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend her enough!!

Fabulous dining experience with Chef Ryan! The food was absolutely delicious, and the cherry on top is that Chef Ryan is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. Our group of 4 enjoyed arancini, a wedge salad, salmon with herbed rice, and crème brûlée. The photos don’t do it justice, but it gives you a hint to the attention to detail and effort that went into preparing this meal. Another super awesome detail? Chef Ryan brings literally everything to your space for the meal service. Dishes, silverware, linens, and all the cookware/bakeware to prepare the meal. This meant that after the meal we had zero cleanup. Which made for more time to catch up and socialize with our friends and enjoy the evening. Thank you Chef Ryan! We would definitely love to reserve with you again the next time we are in SoCal! -Michele

We were looking for a fun and personalized way to celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. Chef Carlos Chubb understood the assignment and made our day very special. It was wonderful to be able to focus on each other, in our home with a child friendly environment so that everyone could be comfortable. Chef Carlos served us family style with all 12 of us around the table. He explained the dishes, took care of our special needs and cleaned up while the young ones were packed up to go home. It was amazing to wake up the next day with only a clean dishwasher to empty. Thanks to Chef Carlos for amazing meal, from the salad, to the appetizers, main dishes and desert it was all wonderful, paced out well and a compliment to the day. Perfect.

The chef I picked Chef Graeme was exceptional! He communicated well and help me create a special experience. The food he served was incredible, he and Miles (Batman) were a brilliant and professional team.

From start to finish, Rachael completely surpassed my expectations. The experience began long before the event itself, with Rachael going above and beyond to accommodate all of our dietary preferences and offering thoughtful suggestions, including a phenomenal wine pairing that perfectly complemented the meal. And the food— wow. I can honestly say it was some of the best I’ve ever had. Every dish was a work of art, but the special aubergine dishes that Rachael prepared absolutely stole the show. I’m a huge fan of aubergine, and these were by far the most delicious I’ve ever tasted. Several of our guests said they’d never had a meal that was so exceptional! (to quote one: "I would choose this Korean Cauliflower as my last meal") Not only is Rachael a culinary genius, but she is also incredibly friendly and approachable, striking the perfect balance of warmth and professionalism. She even left the kitchen in a state so pristine, it was as if she had never been there. (I lie, she actually left it cleaner than before!) I am beyond grateful for the experience, which was nothing short of spectacular. I cannot recommend Rachael highly enough and will most definitely be inviting her back for the next family celebration. As for the waiter (who was so much more than just that) I can't sing her praises enough! She went above and beyond, making delicious cocktails, setting the table with style, handling the decorations, and offering to make fresh mint tea and coffee without so much as a request. She was professional, yet a lot of fun, and interacted seamlessly with our guests, elevating the entire experience to a whole new level of elegance and enjoyment. The evening exceeded all of my wildest expectations. If you’re looking for an unforgettable culinary experience that will wow your guests and leave you completely stress-free, do yourself a favour and book Rachael and her team. You’ll be blown away! Chris was absolutely amazing! It was the perfect experience with the most delicious food. The variety and the quality of her dishes were fabulous. She is such a lovely person and we really enjoyed our time with her - she is attentive, with fast communication, flexibility and is very trustworthy.
