My name is Alfie from Mexico a place full of colors, different cultures, and a vast culinary
tradition, my cooking experience started when I was 14 years.
My family own a restaurant and I used to help there, I learn the basics for how to cook, then I
moved to Cancun where I work in a hotel and also in events like weddings where will prepare
modern Mexican food, after that I when to Mexico City to work with a good renown Mexican Chef
author of several Mexican cuisine books and then I work on board a cruise ship as Chef.
I moved to Korea in September 2019 because my wife is Korean so we decide to settle here, so
far in here, I had attended to the Korean language school and I'm learning a bit about the
culture while in Korea, I realize that there is very little knowledge of what the authentic Mexican
cuisine is. So if you wish to taste and learn more about Mexican food I will gladly teach you.
