Private Chef In KyotoI am Japanese chef who have been in restaurant industry for 16 years.
I started my career at Izakaya style restaurant in Kyoto ,Japan and then worked oversees Canada, Holland, Israel and Germany, so I have a lot of international experience.
I am Japanese chef so I make traditional Japanese food Sushi, Sashimi, Tempura, however most of my career in restaurant industry is Japanese Fusion restaurant and I graduated culinary school in Toronto Canada so I have some knowledge and idea about western food.
I am based in Kyoto but I can travel to Osaka and Kobe.
