I have been in the culinary world since I was 16 years old. I am 22 years old and I have provided very good references in the places I have been all this time. I worked mainly in Italian and Fusion kitchens and did my R&D. I used to plate and progress in fine dining evening services. I have been to France and progressed in French cuisine. I have improved myself by negotiating with certain contacts with my B-2 conversational level English and A-1 level Italian.
