I am a professional chef with 13 years of experience in fine dining restaurant, only worked in Michelin stars restaurant. Joel robuchon for 4 years in Paris and london, then moved to Rome in a 2* Michelin stars and learned all the basics of Italian cooking, went to San Francisco in a 3* restaurant with Asian influences (Benu) and moved to Tokyo, Now chef of a restaurant in Akasaka.
