We had a light lunch and an evening meal with local wines over 8 days. He also provided children's meals at different times taking into account their various likes and dislikes. Fabio was very professional in all ways, nothing was too much. We discussed the meals before the holiday and fine tuned each course to have a balance between meat, fish, pasta and deserts. You could not do better than to have Fabio as your chef. I am sure you will be very pleased.

We booked Danilo for an evening during a holiday with friends at a private villa in Plemmirio. So glad we did! The service was impeccable, the food was excellent and Danilo was very friendly and professional, explaining each dish and catering well for food intolerances in the group. The food was so tasty!
