We had a light lunch and an evening meal with local wines over 8 days. He also provided children's meals at different times taking into account their various likes and dislikes. Fabio was very professional in all ways, nothing was too much. We discussed the meals before the holiday and fine tuned each course to have a balance between meat, fish, pasta and deserts. You could not do better than to have Fabio as your chef. I am sure you will be very pleased.

Our dinner with Enrico was fantastic. From first contact to the last dish he was responsive, creative, professional and engaging. He added many special elements to the meal such as a selection of olive oils and locally sourced specialties. He gave wonderful context for the menu including the connection to local and family traditions. We even learned a few cooking tips. The meal was a memorable highlight of our travels to Sicily. I highly recommend Chef Enrico.

We booked Danilo for an evening during a holiday with friends at a private villa in Plemmirio. So glad we did! The service was impeccable, the food was excellent and Danilo was very friendly and professional, explaining each dish and catering well for food intolerances in the group. The food was so tasty! Ottima! Would absolutely recommend!!

Giuseppe was fantastic from start to finish! We came to Sicily and celebrated my daughters birthday which he made us a delicious pistachio and ricotta cake and also brought 2 bottles, one wine and one his dad's lemon cello for us!! He was friendly and his cooking was just what we ordered !! I highly recommend Giuseppe and he also brought helpers that set up a beautiful table for us using our outdoor flowers and plants as place settings ! We had an incredible experience!!
