Chef Stefano was the best we could have hired for our stay in the Montalcino region! He went above and beyond our expectations. Not only was the food delicious, but he has a very interesting background and experience. It was nice to hear about different cuisines and cultures, not only from his stories while cooking and serving but through his dishes and the flavors as well! He set up a beautiful table scape and brought dishes specific to each course - truly went the extra mile. My family was thrilled and is still talking about Chef Stefano as one of the highlights of our trip. It was great to work with him during the planning, while he was at the house, and I hope to have the chance to use him again or at least recommend him to others.

Bartolo and Marta are an incredible team. They are both so warm and friendly, took their time to explain the dishes and interact with my whole family (including my kids). Bartolo is very talented and all of his dishes were some of the best we've ever had. We felt so at home with them and simultaneously so taken care of.
