Gabriel was in one word, INCREDIBLE !! He arrived 15 mins early and began immediately prepping for the nights festivities. He suggested that we eat outside in the beautiful Tuscan evening. Great call, as it added greatly to the overall ambiance and somehow made the food taste better ????????‍♂️. After about 2 hours, the onslaught of food began and didn’t end for yet another couple of hours. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was cooked to perfection, presented in a bright and hunger enducing way and taste was some of, if not the best our group has ever eaten ! The ladies certainly didn’t mind that Chef Gabriele was quite easy on the eyes. I cannot possibly recommend Gabriel any higher and hope that if you are in the fence about hiring him, to simply go ahead and do it….you won’t be disappointed.

For our first visit to Italy, so I wanted to have a memorable first dinner, and Chef Mattia Maria Rossi was just perfect! To begin with, everything leading up to the evening was handled very professionally. Mattia was responsive to all of our questions/suggestions regarding the menu, and concerns about the lack of kitchen supplies in our guest apartment. Then, the traditional Roman dinner was wonderfully prepared and presented by Mattia. And in addition to being an exceptional chef, Mattia is a really nice person, who gladly shares his love of family, food, and travel. After visiting Rome, Florence, Montorosso, and Venice, this meal is still my favorite of the entire trip!

Truly delightful experience. Alessandra brought her regional culinary skills to create a delicious, customized experience that will be the highlight of our Tuscan visit. The variety of flavors was fantastic. The food was very fresh with most ingredients from her garden. We started with a delicious goat cheese app with her plum & apple jam, panzanella salad, chicken dish, the meal was topped off with a wonderful, hazelnut panna cotta. She is sweet, on-time, warm, and professional. We would highly recommend Alessandra - you will love it!!

Prima esperienza su Take a Chef e siamo stati molto soddisfatti sia del sito per la ottima user experience e per le diverse proposte (tutte valide) ricevute in questi giorni nonostante il poco tempo a disposizione, sia per lo chef: con Ilaria ci siamo cordinati tra chiamate e whatsapp per fare una sorpresa alla mia compagna. La cucina è stata un insieme di sapori e accostamenti nuovi, ma ben riusciti; inoltre Ilaria ha scelto sempre bene i tempi per servire a tavola e per presentare i piatti: cuoco e persona molto gradevole.
