I hold a bachelor's degree in philosophy and visual arts from U of Chicago, and a master's in food studies from Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche. I am skilled in Asian, European, and fusion cuisine. I always make sure all my dishes are seasonable, homey, nutritious, and, of course, delicious!
