Private Chef In PompeiNato a Pompei nel ’74, laureato alla Facoltà di Medicina e Chirurgia in Dietologia, la sua passione rimane la cucina.
Ha frequentato vari corsi specializzandosi in diversi campi gastronomici tra cui la pasticceria, sua grande passione ereditata dal padre Nicola.
Ma sono state sicuramente le sue conoscenze fisiologiche, biochimiche e dietetiche a influenzare
la sua particolare sensibilità e fantasia per la gastronomia, la sua cucina viene identificata come Dietogastronomia.
Tiene moltissimi corsi di cucina salutistica e pasticceria senza glutine in Italia e in giro per il mondo.
Ha lavorato nei più famosi ristoranti italiani.
Si occupa anche di food tasting promoter, chef home e consulenze ristorative.
Attualmente insegna Laboratorio di Enogastronomia all'Isis di Vico Equense (NA),
formatore ufficiale della FIC (Federazione Italiana Cuochi)
ed è maestro cioccolatiere della Scuola del Cioccolato.
Nel 2017 è stato giudice di Master Chef IRAN
Scrive moltissimi libri tutti editi dalla Zanichelli Editore (Sos chef 5 libri e Prodotti Dolciari 2 libri)
Conduttore della trasmissione SosChef su Radio Kiss Kiss Italia dal 2009 al 2011

Born in Pompeii in 1974, graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in Dietetics, his passion remains cooking.
He attended various courses specializing in various gastronomic fields including pastry, his great passion inherited from his father Nicola.
But it was certainly his physiological, biochemical and dietary knowledge that influenced him
his particular sensitivity and imagination for gastronomy, his cuisine is identified as Dietogastronomy.
He holds many courses in healthy cooking and gluten-free pastry in Italy and around the world.
He worked in the most famous Italian restaurants.
He also deals with food tasting promoters, home chefs and restaurant consultancy.
He currently teaches Laboratory of Food and Wine at Isis in Vico Equense (NA),
official trainer of the FIC (Italian Federation of Chefs)
and is a master chocolatier of the School of Chocolate.
In 2017 he was judge of Master Chef IRAN
He writes many books all published by Zanichelli Editore (Sos chef 5 books and Confectionery Products 2 books)
Conductor of the SosChef broadcast on Radio Kiss Kiss Italia from 2009 to 2011
