I'm a professional chef with more than 30 years of experience, I studied at culinary school Emile grison in bruxelles and then started my career in Belgium, France, USA Italy..... worked at Novikov London, Barolo USA, Hotel porto cervo Sardegna, Palace les airelles Courchevelle France, Cala di volpe Sardegna...... Now working as a private chef. As I traveled in many countries I have also experienced many different cuisine and culturs, cross the Atlantic Ocean on my sailboat on solitary which has sharpened my self estime and accurate my skills for organizing any events.

We hired Robert to come to our holiday villa and cook us a family dinner for my parents birthdays. From the very start, Robert was unbelievably helpful. He worked with me to find a menu that we loved and he went above and beyond in catering to our requests. He was incredibly accommodating to my mum’s allergies he made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. When the day came, Robert was absolutely lovely, a joy to talk to and we felt so at ease. He was tidy, fast and efficient, we were absolutely amazed by his skills! he cooked for 6 of us in under an hour, preparing many different types of dishes too. He presented these beautifully and was not shy with the portions! Robert went above and beyond with small details, he bought some lovely napkins for us, set the table beautifully and went to the trouble of finding some gluten free Sardinian bread for my mum - she felt so at ease that everything would be safe for her which was a lovely change! Overall I cannot fault him at all. The evening was perfect and it was some of the most delicious food I’ve ever tasted. Robert was incredible and an absolute pleasure to have. I cannot recommend Robert enough and we are so grateful for such a lovely experience????

Roberto is an incredibly talented chef, we felt privileged to have him cook for us, he has a wealth of knowledge and his experience level is outstanding to witness, we enjoyed every moment of our evening, he exceeded our expectations and ensured the night ran smoothly, his attentiveness and communication prior was very thoughtful and from that moment we knew we would enjoy a night to remember, I highly recommend Roberto
