I love to share my passion for culinary traditions

My name is Piera, I am Neapolitan but I have been living in Ostuni for 7 years.

I managed, for 13 years, the holidays house, owned by me, “THE HARVEST MOON”, in Valdorcia, specializing

in the organization of parties and events, in particular

with foreign customers from all over the world,

personally managing the kitchen of the location.

In the same period I collaborated in the organization

of parties and events also at the farmhouse THE

LAZY OLIVE, located in Asciano (SI), in particular

as kitchen manager.
