I am a cook, owner of www.siciliandays.com I have been doing cooking classes, private lunches or dinner, show cooking in my location or in others on request.

I' ve been always passionate about cooking, with particular focus on my regional sicilian cuisine, rich of specialities and typicla dishes, very diverse comparing with the rest of Italy. I use only local and seasonal ingredients, my menu can be vegetarian, vegan and gluten free as well.

I am experienced about wines that I like to join with a perfect combination with the meal and I like to explain, if requested, the instrucions and method of my recipies.

home, in my native family, thanks to my grandmother and my mother, both sicilian and I felt also an influence by my father's mother who was Tunisian.

Patrizia was everything you could ever expect in a private chef and more!! She told us about herself and her cooking experience. She asked us about ourselves and was interested in what we said. The food was phenomenal. She explained each dish and let us know the history behind them. She invited me to come back and take cooking classes with her!! I cannot wait to do that. We highly recommend Patrizia and take a chef for your person chef dining experience while in the Palermo area!! Thank you again!!

Our communication with Chef Patrizia was exceptional as was her suggested menu. It was our first night in Sicily and we thought it would be a great idea to have a chef come to our villa and prepare us a traditional Sicilian meal. She was a joy to have and her food was outstanding. She brought some wines to taste with dinner. We cannot say enough about her she is amazing both a master at her cooking skills, presentation and her company was so delightful. We would highly recommend Patrizia if you’re looking for a chef.
