I'm passionate about true flavors, nice aromas and thick emotions. I always try to find it in the dishes I prepare.
I learned out of necessity when I was 10, cooking for my mother and me.
Then I studied at the hotel institute and finally I had various experiences in different types of cuisines and countries.
In Australia i worked almost a year in an Aboriginal institute, and i learned a lot because i managed all aspects of the kitchen by myself for all meals and every day.
In the Netherlands i worked in a new zealand kitchen specializing in brunch.
In Rome in a gourmet kitchen for a very trendy place.
These are just a few of the main experiences I had.
Now i am in Mexico and i want to bring here the traditional flavors of my country.
