I honed my culinary skills and broadened my expertise through various cooking courses in Italy and France, learning from esteemed hotel school instructors. With extensive experience working in restaurants, farmhouses, as a personal chef, and in catering for international tourists and special events, I have specialised in gourmet and Apulian cuisine for the past 15 years.
