I am a solar person, i like to transmit emotions throught clothing, always respeting each ingredient.
I am passionate about cooking becoming a chef in 2012 in Guayaquil Ecuador School of the Americas Culinary Center and then continue with experiences working in a renowned catering and restaurants in Guayaquil Le Gormet Fusion, Go Suhi Guayaquil. In 2017 I moved to Milan to continue my experiences in Italy and its surroundings, France and Germany.
