Chef Michele Fontana

Hi! I'm Michele, nice to meet you! This is my story: I'm graduated at “Villa Barbarigo” Professional Training Chef Center in Clusone (BG). In recent years I have always worked like a Chef or Sous Chef, mainly in the preparation of fresh pasta, CBT cooking and marinades. Among the various experiences have formed me and that allowed me to travel to the world, I had the opportunity to take part in an internship at "Da Vittorio" Restaurant - in Brusaporto (BG), a course at the Gualtiero Marchesi Academy, and I have worked at Maio Restaurant, in Milano (MI) and, in the last year, to a cultural exchange in Orlando at the Walt Disney World amusement park, like a Chef. On my return I worked at the Bella Iseo Restaurant in Iseo (BS). Now it's a pleasure for me to work for my new Guest, waiting for you!
