Hello! My name is Michelangelo from Napoli and I've been in love with cooking for a long time. I'm 26 y.o. and I like to define myself more like a cook than a Chef. I studied cousine at Dolce&Salato kitchen school near Napoli where I learned lot of different techniques from many renowned Chefs. Beside regular cooking I am able to make pizza and work with high temperature oven. After finishing the kitchen school I did an internship in a 5 star luxury hotel in Sorrento and in his michelin star restaurant "Terrazza Bosquet". Then I decided to go and work abroad, first in Finland where I worked for an Italian restaurant and then in Iceland where I run with my girlfriend a pizzeria and did many events for big groups. traveled a lot around the world, to South East Asia and South America where I learned about new ingredients and recipes!
