I am an Italian born chef that has lived in Miami and worked world wide for 17 years allowing me varied experiences with many cultures and cuisines
I am a professional chef and nutritionist with 17 years of culinary experience and 9 years working as a private chef for many clients around the world. These days I predominantly work between Miami, LA and Italy. I love combining flavors and creating fusions pulling inspiration from multiple cultures. However as a classically trained chef who has worked in Michelin star restaurants I do enjoy a classic approach as well. I create with the help of my client to find the perfect menu that will fit their taste and the style of the occasion.
