Me & My wife are owners of Moksha - Pure Vegetarian Street Food Indian & Italian - Ayurvedic & Traditional, now showcasing in Italy and surroundings.

Bi-lingual: Able to speak, read and write in both Italian and English Travel extensively from 1996 through more than 30 countries, and lived in a bunch of them, throughout mostly Europe, Middle east, Nepal, India, south east Asia, U.S. and Australia.

Open minded, respectful, well educated, hard worker, reliable, willing to learn, adaptive, creative. Always looking for chances and challenges, well-motivated, positive thinker, dreamer, very spiritual and realist. Love all kinds of food and like to learn kitchen styles from all over the world, very good knowledge about vegan and vegetarian diets.

Co-Owner and Executive chef of MOKSHA – PURE VEGETARIAN STREET FOOD - Indian & Italian -

Ayurvedic & Traditional food from India and Italy.

My wife Piya is from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, South East India, and together, only us, run our Street Food Joint from November 2021.

We take care of everything in an open kitchen, we are only the two of us.

Marco takes care of the preparation & cooking of daily based Italian part of the menu, menu planning, costs & budgeting, accounting, cleaning, get supplies, cook, washing etc..

Piya takes care about the cooking and preparation of the daily based Indian part of the menu & marketing, public relations etc..

Moksha cannot exist without one or the other.

ASCA - Australian school of culinary arts. Perth. Australia. Certificate III in commercial cooking. My grandmother's kitchen and knowledge helped too.
