In love with food . I simply respectfully celebrate Mother Nature’s gifts

I am a professional Chef with 20 years experience. I am specialized in traditional and modern Italian Cuisine but curious and tuned on what happens in food trends worldwide. I worked for banqueting companies, as private chef for luxury home rental companies in Italy and abroad and ran my own restaurant. I often collaborate with the pastry team of Excelsior Gallia , 5 stars hotel in Milan. I recently attended professional pastry class at the Gourmet Institute of Milan and Cast Alimenti in Brescia.

Currently I am working as consultant for a new vegetarian spot in Milan by developing a bespoke veg and dessert menu, selecting producers and suppliers, and team building and training.
