My name is Luca, and I am a Sardinian chef with a deep passion for cooking and extensive experience. My career began in my family’s restaurant, where I first learned the secrets of Sardinian culinary traditions and the value of authentic, high-quality ingredients. However, driven by the desire to challenge myself and step beyond the family environment, I decided to broaden my horizons.

I moved to the beautiful coastal area of Marina di Cabras, where I refined my skills by working closely with the rich flavors of the sea and the land. It was here that I solidified my knowledge of local products, learning how to transform simple raw ingredients into flavorful, traditional dishes.

My culinary journey then took me from southern to northern Sardinia, to the prestigious Costa Smeralda. In Olbia, I had the opportunity to work in renowned restaurants, collaborating with professional teams and further expanding my expertise in both traditional and modern cuisine. Over the years, I have deepened my culinary techniques and perfected my ability to blend creativity with respect for tradition.

Today, I carry a wealth of experience that ranges from traditional Sardinian dishes, such as porceddu and fregula, to innovative creations that combine local and international influences. I consider myself a chef who never stops learning, always seeking new flavors and ways to surprise my guests.
