Linda Di Somma is a private chef with years of experience in the most exclusive destinations cooking for international celebrities and discerning clients. Her extensive culinary knowledge and refined skills make her a sought-after professional in the world of private dining.

Linda Di Somma attended the Armando Perotti Hospitality Institute in Bari, Puglia. After earning her diploma in 2005, she embarked on a professional journey that allowed her to explore diverse cuisines and experiment with innovative culinary styles.

In 2007, Linda decided to further her academic knowledge by enrolling in the "Food Science and Restaurant Management" program at the University of Bologna. After graduating in 2010, she broadened her horizons by working in restaurants across the world—from Spanish and French dining restaurants to the cosmopolitan dining scene of Australia.

Over the years, each kitchen experience shaped her unique approach: from mastering technical precision to understanding and anticipating clients’ tastes and preferences. She believes that a meal is not just about flavors but also about storytelling, engaging with guests, and sharing the history behind every dish.

In 2014, Linda opened her own restaurant in Ibiza, specializing in handmade fresh pasta—a tribute to her Italian roots and culinary traditions. However, in 2017, she fulfilled a long-cherished dream: becoming a private chef based in Ibiza.

In 2018, she took her culinary expertise to the next level by joining the two-Michelin-starred restaurant "Le Montgomerie" in Courchevel 1850 as a Sous Chef de Partie. There, she refined her skills further, working alongside some of the finest chefs in the international culinary scene.

Her passion for nutrition and well-being led her to pursue the University Master’s Degree in "Nutrition and Dietetics" in 2019. This achievement added invaluable depth to her career, enabling her to create menus that not only delight the palate but also cater to specific dietary and nutritional needs.

Today, Linda continues to bring her expertise and creativity to private clients worldwide, delivering bespoke dining experiences that combine flavor, passion, artistry, professionalism and a deep understanding of nutrition.
