I am a chef with a great passion, that of sharing the art of cooking, especially Italian cuisine, known and appreciated throughout the world.

I done some specialist studies and I have great experience and the luck of having had a mother and grandmothers at home, all with the passion for cooking. Over the years I have worked in various restaurants in the area and over time I have also approached gourmet cuisine, experimenting with something new and adding a touch of originality even to the most traditional dishes. A few years ago I was asked to work for some holiday homes in Umbria, both as a personal chef and as an organizer of cooking classes and small events. That’s why today I have decided to set up my own business and start this beautiful and satisfying journey.
