I am very passionate about raw material and produce, the main ingredient is to be tasted and allowed be the star of every plate.
I have 12 years of professional experience as a Chef. My career starts as a young man in Stockholm, Sweden working in the best regional Italian restaurants of the City. My stage was at 3 Michelin star Frantzen before moving to move to New York to work with lauded chefs Ignacio Mattos and Marco Canora at Estela and Hearth respectively.
In 2017 I moved to Napoli to dig deeper into Mediterranean culture and cooking. I opened the Restaurant Malabar in 2019 together with my Partner and soon we became an obligatory stop for gastronomes in Cilento. We have been in various newspapers and magazines as well as getting rave reviews from Luciano Pignataro and La Repubblica. We have held a 5 star rating on tripadvisor since opening.
