My experience began on the benches of the Hotel Institute, where I built the foundations of my identity in the kitchen. After training, I embarked on an intense and varied professional path, working in high-level structures: from 5-star luxury hotels, many of which are part of the Leading Hotels of the World circuit, to starred kitchens where rigor, precision and creativity coexist every day. Each experience has taught me something different, attention to detail, the value of excellence, the importance of balance in flavors. Today I bring all this with me, proposing a Mediterranean cuisine that speaks of light, simplicity and positivity, with the aim of making those who taste it smile
