With a past in the design field I choose my passion for cooking as my life.

During the past years I've gather experience in the food and beverage industry working in restaurants of diverse nature in Italy and abroad. I have also designed and delivered culinary experiences for festival, pop up events and catering for private events.

In capri I'm also responsible of a cooking school called the Blue Kitchen Capri, where we teach traditional recipes to food passionates and travellers alike.

Beyond my work there is a meticulous research of locally sourced best quality produce that are then transformed to deliver a truly local, traditional eating experience.

I am very versatile with menus covering a variety of recipes that are meat, fish or vegetarian based. I can also accomodate any special diets.

However my cooking preference are:
