I’m a professional chef from 15 years and since 7 years. I’ve bene working around the world in the past 5 years now I live in Barolo near Alba. I like to understand the request of the customers and plan the best meal for them.

I love take care of the plating doing my best in the presentation. I like colorful and tasty dishes.

I’m very creative chef always looking for new pairing. My cuisine varies from traditional classic to creative innovative. I’ve good knowledge of Mexican , Asian gluten free, vegan cuisines

We booked Chef Giulia as a present for my parents in law while we were on holiday on Corfu. It was the best experience I could wish for. The food was amazing and Giulia is a very nice, professional and warm person.

Giulia was very professional, her menu was modern and innovative and we enjoyed the dishes and the service a lot. She was punctual, well organised, efficient and clean. We had a guests with dietary restrictions and Giulia was able to adapt the menu to such needs as well. We had a wonderful evening and we will be happy to have Giulia again in the future. Highly recommended.
