I am a 22 year old chef ready for all new experiences, I trained at the Cingoli hotel school in Italy and have been working in restaurants since I was 16 years old. At 18 I moved to Tuscany to one of the best restaurants.
I am passionate about new cooking techniques and experimenting with vegan and vegetarian cuisines.
