I began my journey in Germany, refining my techniques and creativity, before returning to my homeland, Sardinia. There, I had the opportunity to work in the most luxurious resorts of the Costa Smeralda, immersing myself in an exclusive and high-end gastronomic environment. Later, I continued my professional growth in Cagliari at THotel, further perfecting my style and my ability to offer top-level culinary experiences.
