Ever since I was little, all I wanted to do was cook. For me, food is love. It’s a way of expressing, comforting and remembering special memories.
From a young age, I was constantly in the kitchen. Cooking, baking and experimenting for my family and friends. After school, I decided to pursue my passion and attended Westminster Kingsway College in London where I trained as a chef. I also specialised in patisserie in my final year then. Since then I have had experience in The Ritz and in bakeries around london such as Miel. I now do private dining with my Sicilian husband and couldn’t think of a better job.
