Growing up in a family business in Italy, I've been always sneaking around the kitchen stealing the secrects from the various chefs who have been working there. The path to become a chef was obvious so in the last 6 years I chose to grow up far from home. Starting in Dubai at OSSIANO (1michelin star), one of the most breathtaking underwater restaurant of the world. Moving up to Copenhagen 4 years ago to become more familiar with the new nordic culinary trend based on the top 2 restaurant in the world such as NOMA and Geranium (3 michelin stars). My style can now space between italian, french and nordic with the capacity of creating menù from fine dining to comfort food.
