I m a professional chef with 14 years of experience in the culinary world. I was born and raised in south Italy , where thanks to my mother and thanks to the my beautiful land ,which was gifted to healthy and genuine products, I discovered the my passion for food.Moved to London in 2013 , and then went back to Italy in 2020 , where I had a chance to work in a Michelin star restaurant.
