Food lover and addicted I love prepare and share my knowledge about Italian cuisine… and being part of best memories of my special guests
I'm a huge fan of Italian cuisine, which is why I became a private chef, so I can introduce all the goodness of my land to guests who choose it for their holidays.
I started cooking at 18 and never stopped; today, I enjoy bringing all the good things I select from my carefully chosen suppliers to villas and private homes.
My cooking is traditional but also very personal; I was trained in the best Michelin-starred kitchens in the area.
With me, you can experience the taste of a classic eggplant Parmigiana or a fresh shrimp carpaccio, to much more innovative dishes like savoy cabbage risotto with sea urchin nduja, or smoked mackerel with yogurt, radishes, and tarragon.
I love making leavened products, so everything from brioches to focaccias and pizzas is homemade.
