I'm a chef since i was 19, i was trained by the best starred Michelin chef of south of Italy and i improve myself studyng at ALMA italian culinaru Academy of Gualtiero Marchesi chef.

All my kitchen looks like a mix of innovative and traditional flavors, i can Cook with italian ingredients, tò create a wonderful dish of my tradiotion or i can create new tastes mixing different country ingredients.

Fabiana is an incredible chef. From the start she was very engaging. She communicated well throughout the process. The menu selection, very robust and flexible as we had a vegetarian in our group. Fabiana was very accommodating. She brought a couple of extra treats for the four of us. From the moment she walked in the door, she was very engaging with the entire group. She was very organized and explained the dishes as they came out. It was nice to see some of the family recipes come out and the stories around them. I would highly recommend Fabiana to anyone wanting to have a private chef experience. Fabiana was fun and entertaining and the food, especially the tiramisu, was to die for. Fabiana also did a great job cleaning up making for a very fun and relaxing evening for the group.

Fabiana Scarica. Was so awesome. We really loved the dishes she prepared. It was so great she spoke English so we could find out so much more about island and history. She went above and beyond brought us her grandmother’s special limoncello. We loved the experience.

Everything done to perfectio, extremely generous portions. Friendly and personable. Could not have been any better. Would absolutely hire again and recommend her to anyone looking for friendly and experienced Chef!

The chef was AMAZING!!!! She was so lovely, so inviting and joyful, and passionate about making a wonderful experience. She made a beautiful birthday cake for my husband which we loved! Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The pasta was the most delicious I've had in Italy. I loved every part of this and it was so easy. Thank you!!
