I'm a chef since i was 19, i was trained by the best starred Michelin chef of south of Italy and i improve myself studyng at ALMA italian culinaru Academy of Gualtiero Marchesi chef.
All my kitchen looks like a mix of innovative and traditional flavors, i can Cook with italian ingredients, tò create a wonderful dish of my tradiotion or i can create new tastes mixing different country ingredients.
