I'm an Italian experienced Chef who knows how to cook in styles like Mediterranean, Japanese, Spanish, and French. People enjoy the food I make because it's unique and delicious. I've worked in private settings and restaurants. In those places, I did things like planning what food to make, running the kitchen, and working with a team. I also learned a lot about cooking at the Gambero Rosso Academy. They taught me many things about different types of cooking.

Now, I'm looking for a new opportunity to do what I love is cooking and making tasty food. I want to bring my skills and passion to a new place where I can create amazing dishes for everyone to enjoy.
