Chef Elisa Marcoli

I've worked as private chef for 3 years, in Val d'Isère and now the last three seasons in the 3 Valleys as a private chef, and I use to come back here in Italy, in the middle of Dolomites of Brenta, for summer to work in Madonna di Campiglio, in the Chalet Fogajard. Here you will find a magical chalet located in the middle of the woods, isolated and far from the town, where you can find the peace and quite of the mountain, you can relax, unplug from every stress and above all eat delicacies of Italian cuisine and typical from Trentino Alto Adige

Before these experiences which I felt in love with, II worked in the Hospitality in Italy, where I was born.

In dolomites I grew up within the culinary experience, but Italy in general has taught me a lot because in each province of Italy you move, it does exist a new place with a typical taste and dishes of the country.

For two years I have left the big restaurant because I prefer to devote myself to preparing food with more care,with more attention, handmade and with a direct contact with my customers.
