Chef italiano originario di Cagliari in Sardegna. Chef di professione da più di 16 anni nonché appassionato di cucina che punta a un'esperienza unica.
Chef con 16 anni di esperienza in tutti i tipi di cucina, specializzato in cucina mediterranea e italiana.
La mia esperienza inizia nella mia isola natale, la Sardegna, in Italia, dove ho avuto l'opportunità di lavorare in importanti ristoranti come Luigi Pomata, Chia Laguna Resort, tra gli altri.
Per perfezionare la lingua inglese, ho vissuto per 4 anni in Scozia dove ho lavorato in diversi ristoranti, tra cui come Executive Sous Chef presso il boutique hotel Nira Caledonia, situato a Edimburgo.
Durante la mia permanenza in Scozia, ho avuto l'opportunità di partecipare al concorso The Pizza, Pasta and Italian Food Association Awards dove con la mia creazione sono riuscito a raggiungere la top 5 dei migliori pasta chef di tutto il Regno Unito.
Lasciato il Regnò Unito mi dirigo presso la Repubblica Dominicana, dove cerco di trasmettere le mie conoscenze gastronomiche attraverso le mie creazioni che spaziano dalla cucina italiana e mediterranea a piatti più angloamericani e latinoamericani, compresa la cucina asiatica ed europea.
Tornato dopo 4 anni nel mio paese natale Italia, come brand Ambassador di AirB&B in Sardegna, e brend Ambassador di Whirpool Italia, cerco di trasmettere le mie esperienze a livello globale attraverso i miei piatti, nella bellissima città di Cagliari.
